Return and Refund Policy

At VELLAMA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
